ACCESS16 is a government
access channel managed by the City of Salisbury. FCC guidelines are strict on what can be aired,
and we
can only accept content submissions from the following
municipalities:

 Rowan County
- Salisbury
- China Grove
- Cleveland
- Faith
- Granite Quarry
- Rockwell

We can only air government-related content, and
PSA (Public Service Announcement) videos. Non-governmental
content can be aired on Time Warner Cable by using the following
options:
